"When the Martin crew showed up the first day, plant security and several managers expressed concerns about controlling the number of people onsite. To Mike and your team’s credit, everything went smoothly without problems. During the course of the job, some cleaning and painting overlapped with work by Iron Workers and Pipe Fitters. The supervisors from both groups were extremely ‘concerned’ [putting it mildly] when I told them painting had to be completed concurrent with their work. After about 1 ½ days work, I asked both supervisors individually if there were any problems or delays due to the painters – both responded that there were no problems what-so-ever, once again a credit to Mike’s work.
